Providing the Tools You Need

At Riekes, our technicians are the backbone of our operations. We are committed to their well-being and professional growth, which is why we have established the Riekes Tool Program. This initiative ensures that our techs have access to the best tools and resources, fostering a supportive environment where they are successful.  

By taking care of our techs, we not only enhance their performance but also reinforce our dedication to delivering excellence to our clients.

PROGRAM REWARD MILESTONES

AT THE START OF EMPLOYMENT

Technicians receive two hard hats, safety glasses and safety vests to complete their work at different sites. If any site requires specific work wear then it will be provided to the technician based on assignments.

OPERATOR CERTIFICATIONS FOR FORKLIFTS & MOBILE WORK PLATFORMS

We make sure all of our technicians are properly trained on the lifts that they repair to ensure that they can operate them in any environment safely.

COMPLETION OF FIRST TECHNICAL TRAINING CLASS

Technicians receive a new Hydraulic Pressure Gauge after the completion of the first technician training class. This tool provides ease to the technician when checking hydraulics which is essential in our industry.

COMPLETION OF SAFETY TRAINING

We give our technicians the choice of two different kneepad styles to receive as well as a $100 reimbursement of any safety or wellness purchase with receipt submission. This could include steel-toe boots, prescription safety glasses, etc.

COMPLETE ELECTRICAL 101 & ADVANCED ELECTRICAL CLASSES

After completion of both electrical classes, technicians can receive a digital multimeter. This tool provides ease to the technician when checking electricals which is essential in our industry.

CELEBRATE 90 DAYS WITH RIEKES

As part of their 90-day review, technicians receive a $500 tool allowance. This is paid out with receipt submission for any job-related tools or equipment. Technicians also will get a custom tech banner to be hung up in the repair shop showcasing training achievements.
