OUR INSPECTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Equalizer and Load Block Sheaves

  • Wire Ropes or Load Chains

In the effort to go green and through the utilization of our electronic reporting system, you can literally have your reports in your email inbox before leaving your facility. These reports are easy to read, professional, and provide our customers with photo documentation of any recommended repairs.

We also offer our customers with the ability to have their own login to our system so you have 24/7 access to all reports.

COMPLIANCE STANDARDS

All industries are required by OSHA Regulation 29 CFR 1910.179(j)(1) and 1910.179(l)(1) to have periodic safety inspections and to establish a maintenance program.

INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS BY TYPE

HOISTS & CRANES

  • Daily / Each Shift - Visual and operational inspection by operator
  • Monthly - Inspected with signed reports by a qualified person
  • Semi-annually - Inspection of standby cranes at minimum
  • Periodic - Inspection once per year at minimum with signed reports
    by a qualified person

SLINGS

  • Each Lift - Before use by the operator
  • Daily - Before use by a competent person designated by employer
  • Annually - By a qualified person

BELOW-THE-HOOK DEVICES

  • Each Lift - Before use by the operator
  • Daily - By the operator
  • Annually - By a qualified person
