Industrial Tires Built For Tough Work
Your tires carry the weight of your operation - literally. When they're worn, productivity drops, safety risks rise and equipment suffers avoidable wear. Choosing the right tire at the right time makes all the difference in performance, operator comfort and cost savings.
Not sure if it's time to replace your tires? We've built a Free Tire Replacement Guide to help you recognize the signs before they become costly downtime.
MATCH TIRES TO YOUR NEEDS
AIR PNEUMATIC TIRES
Air pneumatic tires are similar to truck tires and can perform on pavement and off-road surfaces. Being air-filled, the tire pressure can be optimized for uneven, bumpy terrain, to absorb impacts, cushion the load and provide a quieter ride. These tires do need monitoring for punctures and air pressure, and should not be used in areas where there are debris hazards.
SOLID RESILIENT TIRES
Solid resilient tires, also called solid tires or pneumatic solids are constructed of solid rubber making them puncture-resistant and maintenance-free. Solid tires can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications, as long as there are no wet surfaces or loose ground.Â
POLYURETHANE TIRES
Polyurethane tires are used indoors where surfaces are smooth, often on concrete, such as in small warehouses or refrigerated storage areas. Polyurethane tires provide superior traction on wet, cold surfaces, allow for a smooth ride, and are at a reduced risk for chunking.
SOLID PRESS-ON TIRES
Sometimes called Cushion Tires, these solid tires are made using a molding technique, bonding the rubber tread to a steel band. Resistant to wear and puncture-free, these tires are best for heavy load capacity inside a warehouse or distribution area.Â
NEED A SPECIALTY TIRE? WE HAVE THOSE TOO.
Caster Wheels
Caster wheels are designed to stabilize material handling carts, trucks and walk behind pallet trucks. A full line of inventory is available for your company's needs.
Non-marking
Non-marking tires are constructed to eliminate black marks being left on warehouse floors. This type can be available for pneumatic, solid pneumatic or cushion tires. Â
Static Conductive
To provide increased protection from fire and explosions, this tire is built with a static conductive compound. This tire type can be used on forklift trucks, tractors or other specialized equipment.
Nitrile Rubber
In industries where there could be the presence of petrochemicals, animal fats or other oil type substances, these tires would be the better choice. The rubber is designed to be oil resistant without losing performance.Â
MAINTENANCE MATTERS. WE'VE GOT YOUR COVERED.
Tires don't last forever - but when to replace them isn't always obvious. Worn treads, flat spots or uneven wear can compromise safety, traction and efficiency. Our technicians inspect, service and replace tires before they cause downtime. Regular maintenance not only extends tire life but also improves operator comfort, reduces fuel use and keeps your equipment working at peak performance.
