We’re excited to announce our new 9,000 square foot Customer Experience Center at our company headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. As the open experience center continues to improve, and we’re thrilled to be able to invite our customers in to see it for themselves.
We’re excited to announce our new 9,000 square foot Customer Experience Center at our company headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. As the open experience center continues to improve, and we’re thrilled to be able to invite our customers in to see it for themselves.
Our vision for our Customer Experience Center is to use it as a showcase for all of the products and solutions we carry. In the short amount of time that it’s been open, we’ve already seen several customers experience “lightbulb moments” when they saw a hands-on demonstration of how one of our solutions could transform their business – whether that’s one of our mezzanines with a lift platform, or our rolling rack display where we demonstrate the operating aisle width of the forklifts we carry.
We’re adding new products all the time. We have an ergonomics display, demonstrations of various warehouse racking, and a wide variety of safety products. And there’s lots more to come.
At the Customer Experience Center, you’ll see live demonstrations of how our warehousing solutions work in real environments – but this facility isn’t just a showroom. We’re also providing hands-on trainings for both staff and employees both in our modular conference room and in the working warehouse facility itself. There, they can learn about new product lines and innovations in the material handling industry.
We want our Customer Experience Center to be the place you turn for inspiration, knowledge, and expertise. It’s just one of the many ways that Riekes Equipment sets ourselves apart.
