By enrolling in the portal invoices can be emailed for payment. And, when you need copies of invoices or to see payment history, you simply go to the portal to view, print and make secure payments.

What are the benefits of the portal?
There are many benefits to using the portal.

  • Download billing information into your accounting software if desired,
  • Have 24/7 online access - anywhere, anytime you need,
  • And have convenient access to your invoice & statement history.

Can we pay online?
Yes, one of the benefits of enrolling in the portal is that you will be able to make payments 24 hours a day whenever is convenient for you. You can even schedule payments.

How secure is paying online?
Once you have entered your credit card or ACH information, it is encrypted and can not be seen by anyone else accessing the portal – including being hidden from all Riekes employees.

How do I log into the portal?
There are three easy ways to log into the portal:

  • Go to RiekesEquipment.com - the link is in the upper right corner of the home page.
  • Click this link: Riekes Portal
  • Or simply follow the directions at the bottom of each invoice in the payment token at the bottom of the page.

Will the new portal change how my invoices look?
The invoices will look the same but have the above information added to them for easy portal access.

How long will my invoices be available on the online portal?
An invoice will be stored for viewing and printing for one year.

Will I need to be trained on how to use the portal?
No. The portal is easy to use so there is no formal training. You can email Accounting@RiekesEquipment.com for assistance.

Am I required to pay online?
No. Online payment is not mandatory, but we encourage everyone to pay their invoices online as it is the easiest and most secure payment method. In the portal, no credit card numbers or account numbers are visible to any other user - including our Riekes Team.

How will I know when my bill is available?
Once enrolled in the portal, the emails (users) you set up will receive an email notification when new invoices are available.

Who will receive the invoice?
The email will be sent to the finance contact we have on file. If invoices are emailed today, they will be sent to the same contact(s). You can have as many users as you want. If you need additional people to receive the emails, email Accounting@RiekesEquipment.com and they can add portal users to your account.

Will the invoice be attached to the email notification?
Yes, the invoice will be attached to the email notification and stored in the portal.

What if I need to change my email?
Email Accounting@RiekesEquipment.com and they can update your account.

Can I print my electronic invoices on the portal?
The portal allows you to view and print any invoices even when you choose to receive a paper bill.

Will I receive a printed bill with my electronic invoice?
Portal enrollment automatically moves you to paperless so we both can do our part to reduce paper waste. However, you can print an invoice anytime from the notification email or the portal. We do recommend that users go paperless as you get invoices more quickly and it saves a significant amount of paper which is good for the environment.

Will the bill of lading be available online?
No, the bill of lading will not be available on the portal. The portal is for invoices and payments. At this time, you will want to continue your current process for managing the bill of lading and other documents.

What methods of payment is accepted in the payment portal?
You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or an ACH bank transfer when using the portal. If you do choose to pay with a credit card, there is a 3% convenience fee automatically applied.Â
