Mission - The mission of the Riekes Equipment Team is to take exceptional care of our valued customers. Together we contribute our talents and energy to improve the quality of services and products delivered to the marketplace. We strive for continuous improvement in every facet of our business thereby reducing costs and improving productivity for our customers.
Training - For over 60 years Riekes Equipment has designed comprehensive educational programs for all team members. We are better prepared to solve our customer's problems, utilizing quality products, innovative solutions and our training. By taking exceptional care of our customers over the long term, we achieve our business goals.
Experience - There are over 80 professionals working together from all of our locations to fulfill your needs. Technicians comprise one half of our team and average 20 years of industry experience. Our parts support and rental staffs have similar tenure. The professional team of inside and field sales people have been providing solutions for a cumulative 200 years! We are confident in saying there is no problem one of has not seen before.
Communication - In the 21st century we are always investing in new technology, while remaining rooted in our time-tested customer focus. All Riekes locations are part of the same phone and data network, utilizing live REAL people to insure callers get immediate response. Websites, email and even system access for customers are all now or soon to be part of our communication plan.
